If you punch 2 small holes on either side you can add elastic to keep the hat on, or add ribbon or wire to hang your cone and fill it with all kinds of goodies to suit almost any occasion and celebration! You can print the pattern and cut it out to use as a template and trace it over plain or pattern paper or felt and depending on your theme there are numerous embellishment possibilities! You can add double sided tape to the little tab on the side or extend the pattern on the side to make a larger hat.
